普华永道在台湾称作“资诚”。
1970年，朱国璋先生和陈振铣先生这两位在台湾会计界影响重大的人物共同创立了“朱陈会计师事务所”。
1973年，朱陈会计师事务所加入普华国际。1975年3月，“朱陈会计师事务所”正式改名为“资诚会计师事务所”，“朱陈”二字用上海话念，就是“资诚”。
